- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified promotional amount.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unexpected courier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) / Payment Issues
- If you select Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout, please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery.
- Orders with incomplete address details or unverified phone numbers may experience delays until details are confirmed.
5. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the item has dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

- If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with family members/neighbors first, then contact our customer support.
